Drink 2 glasses of water at the start of your day. Take some deep breaths. Feel the fresh air and start your day. Eat a breakfast full of fibers, protein, and carbohydrates. Today, we will be restricting our diet plan to 1,500 calories.

Drink 2 glasses of water when you come out from the steam room.
